OUR FIRST HARVEST

Our first harvest is complete!

The last few weeks have been a wonderful array of misty mornings, golden sunsets, sore feet and huge smiles. It feels almost unbelievable to say it but we have now completed our very first harvest here at Alder Ridge.

Our grapes are now off to another English Sparkling winery where they’ll go into production. As our own crop yield increases in the next year or so we’ll then be keeping all our crop and bottling it into our own Alder Ridge Sparkling wine. We can’t wait.

The team here will be taking a well earned break over the next few days before we begin to tend to the vineyards and prepare for the next few months. Life is anything but quiet here on among the vines!
